There are a number of ways to contact Technology Support.
Please use only one of the following methods to ensure that duplicate tickets do not get created for your issue.
Help.UNM is the University wide system used to request all IT related services.
This is a searchable knowledgebase where you can find answers to most common issues with instructions on how to fix the issue. If you cannot find the answer to your issue, you can select the Ask A Question section and submit your issue directly to the helpdesk.
You may also call the Service Point at 272-1694. If you leave a message on the voice mail, please do not use another contact method as that can cause us to create a duplicate ticket and cause a delay in assigning the ticket to an analyst.
You can leave an e-mail at the Service Point. This is not monitored on a regular basis and will eventually be removed as a method to contact Technology Support.
