Sculpture Garden of Healing
Blair Coker Memorial Garden and Bench
The Blair Coker Memorial Garden and Bench was dedicated in the spring of 2005, and was made possible by Blair Coker’s mother – Jackie and her husband Don Schlegel, as well as through the generosity of many family members and friends.
The garden is a tribute to Blair Coker, a remarkable young woman who worked in the UNM Family Practice Center. Coker’s energy and high spirits stand as a reminder to us all to embrace life fully, with its complexities as well as its joys. The garden is located at the northwest corner of the
Family Practice Center.
