Some devices like printers and servers require a static IP address on the network. You can request a static IP address on-line by filling out and submitting the IP Address Request Form.
Port Repair or ActivationTo have a network port repaired or activated for a printer or computer, please create a Helpdesk Ticket you must include the building, room number, and the face plate number which is found on the wall plate where you plug in the network cable. This information is very important for us to activate the port. Without the information it will take longer to get the port activated.
