Proposal for Faculty Exit Interviews

  1. Resigning faculty members will be interviewed (15-30 minutes) by one of the following:
    • Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, or
    • A faculty member designated by Associate Dean for Academic Affairs
  2. The interviewer will use the standard form.
  3. Information will be entered into a database in the Office of Academic Affairs.
  4. Annually, the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs will issue a report on the data and determine with the Dean, the Associate and Assistant Deans and the Chairs what steps should be taken.
