Printable Directions

How to get to Innovation Discovery Training Complex:

  • Proceed to the intersection of Lomas and Yale Blvd.
  • At the intersection, turn north onto Yale, proceed around the circle and continue north on Yale.
  • Turn east/right on Tucker (at the stop sign).
  • Turn into the third entrance on your right, into the M lot.
  • Public parking is available in the spaces marked for metered parking. The meters are scattered throughout the area. Please note that parking in spaces noted as Patient Parking, Handicapped Parking, Reserved spaces, any other reserved spaces or any unlabeled space (which are for M lot parking pass holders) will subject drivers to the risk of incurring a parking ticket.
  • The IDTC is just east of the Dental school, along the south side of the parking lot.
  • Visitors to the Academy will descend a flight of stairs to get from the parking lot to the Academy. The top of the stairs that lead down from the parking lot to EMSA offices is located where the corner of the giant red/pink metal ladder‐type sculpture comes closest to the parking lot – there is a silver sign for the IDTC and the Academy at the top of the stairs. That corner of the sculpture actually drops down into the staircase that leads to the EMSA offices.
  • If you need an optional route that does not involve navigating the stairs, you can enter the building at the other end of the sculpture (east end of the building) and take the elevator down to the ground floor.
