Eva Orlebeke Caldera, J.D.
Eva Caldera, J.D., is Associate Director of the Institute for
Ethics and Research Professor of Law at the University of New
Mexico, School of Law. Her teaching and research interests include
bioethics, neuroethics, ethics and technology, and ethics education.
She also serves as a member of the Human Research Review Committee
at the UNM Health Sciences Center. Before coming to UNM, she spent
eight years in private law practice representing clients in a
variety of matters involving litigation, labor, insurance, the
environment, education and other issues. Both her law degree and
her undergraduate degree in philosophy are from Harvard University.

Module I focuses on basic ethical issues in health care - met every Tuesday (Feb. 10 – March 24) and two Saturday sessions (Feb. 7 and March 28)

Module II explores ethical challenges and will begin in September 2009 (Eight (8) Tuesday afternoons 4:30 - 6:30 and one (1) - Saturday sessions to end the program)
