Keywords: RNA splicing, snRNPs, spliceosome, regulation of gene expression, DNA-damage response, cancer biology, genomics

Research Interests

Regulation of eukaryotic gene expression in response to DNA damaging agents. Role of small ribonucleoproteins (snRNPs) in splice site recognition and splicing of nuclear precursor messenger RNAs. Intranuclear localization and nucleocytoplasmic transport of RNAs.
