Meet our Faculty

The faculty within the University of New Mexico Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation are dedicated to offering excellence in patient care, health care provider education and research. The Department is comprised of representatives of all orthopaedic subspecialties who are well known regionally, nationally and internationally. All eighteen of the full time faculty members based at the University are fellowship trained in their area of expertise. There are a total of twenty-two full and part time faculty at the University Hospital and the Children’s Hospital (including one PhD), in addition to 6 full time faculty at the Veteran’s Administration Medical Center.
