Envision NM
Envision New Mexico (NM) is a healthcare Quality Improvement program of the Department of Pediatrics, University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center. The program has been partnering with the New Mexico Departments of Health and Human Services, the New Mexico Pediatric Society, Indian Health Service, New Mexico Alliance on School-based Health Care, New Mexico Salud Managed Care Organizations and other healthcare organizations around the state.
Envision NM currently works with primary care providers in community practices and School-based Health Centers throughout the state. Envision NM has an interdisciplinary staff with expertise in health education, medicine, nursing, nutrition, psychology, public health, public administration and social work. Through regional training, Telehealth, site-visits, CME and technical support Envision NM helps providers make sustainable changes in their practices and communities to improve the quality of health care for children and families in New Mexico.
