Personal Statement
I am very excited and proud to lead the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Division.  We have a faculty of very talented faculty psychiatrists and additional talent in our faculty psychology division.  Our strengths are in serving a diverse patient population from all over New Mexico with programs ranging from acute inpatient services, outpatient evaluation and psychopharmacology services and consult liaison services to a large regional Children’s Hospital. We are a faculty committed to the education of medical students, residents, child psychiatry fellows and psychology interns. We are extremely excited about our growing research program which holds great promise for our patients, their families, our faculty and our field.
