News from UNMMG: UNM Medical Group, Inc. is working on plans to build the first teaching hospital west of the Rio Grande in Sandoval County. The 75-bed hospital, called UNM Sandoval Regional Medical Center, will be built on the UNM West Campus located in Rio Rancho. The planned opening date for the new hospital is December 2011.
