The overall goal of the cancer education and outreach program is to:
Reduce
cancer disparities in, and to deliver comprehensive cancer care services to,
the state’s Native American population.
- Build relationships through outreach for communication between NA communities and CNAH and CRTC.
- Work with community health workers on the implementation and assessment of community-based cancer education.
