  • 1) Provides a forum and process for coordinating NARCH functions

  • 2) Assists in building Tribal research skills by providing community workshops on data gathering ,survey design and implementation

  • 3) Supports Native American researchers.


  • 4) Facilitates the process to develop tribal research review function and activities to ensure full tribal participation and partnership in research affecting their populations.


  • 5) Assist in the development of Tribal community research review boards


  • 6) Establish an Albuquerque area Epidemiology Center
