Thinking about a way to make a difference for the College of Nursing?
The College of Nursing recorded a great fund raising year for July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006 with $614,345.00 in revenue for student scholarships, faculty endowments, simulation equipment, technology, program endowments and clinical education. Achieving our goals with your help is always possible. Thank you for your important contributions!
Our Senior Class Gift Program continues to build momentum. The 2006 Spring Graduating Class decided to support the Nursing Skills Labs and the Nursing Chair Fund. The class represented 40 pledges totaling $2,935.00. At the end of July, 10 graduates of the 2006 Accelerated Degree Class pledged $2,050.00 designated for a one time scholarship for an accelerated degree program student. The average gift from our seniors is an impressive $73. We are extremely grateful for this outstanding annual “Senior Class Gift” tradition established by our College of Nursing graduating seniors!
