This is a full-time-only program. Master's-level courses may be substituted for some of the undergraduate courses.

  • Earned bachelor’s degree by time of application.

  • Before submitting application, successful completion within the previous 10 years of at least 9 credits from the following human sciences courses: Microbiology, Pharmacology, Human Physiologic Function and Disease (or Anatomy & Physiology/Pathophysiology)

  • A cumulative and science grade point average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale

Faculty members are involved in nursing research and frequently include nursing students in the research process. The Second Undergraduate Degree Option consists of four academic terms.
