Ann Caudell is an Associate Professor at the College of Nursing. She joined the faculty in 1993 obtainin tenure in 1999. She spent several years in industry as a Medical Liaison Associate Director and returned to the College of Nursing in 2008. Ann earned her BSN from the University of Arizona, a MSN in Oncology Nursing from UCLA, and a PhD from the University of Washington. Her dissertation and graduate work focused on psychoneuroimmunology and the neuro-endocrine-immune responses of women exposed to a cognitive stress test. Upon returning to the College, her research evaluates the effectiveness of knowledge acquisition utilizing virtual reality-based training scenarios. She is a research member of the interdisciplinary Telehealth Outreach for Unified Community Health team.
