Instructions for use:

Use the remote for the Projector to turn on Video Projector. Remote controls PC [Comp2] / VCR [Video] / ELMO [SVideo]. Controls in cabinet - select PC / Laptop / VCR. Power off Projector when done by pushing power button twice.

Computer starts up automatically at 6 AM and shuts down at 8 PM. Restart CPU if necessary. Sign into Novell if you need access to shared drives. RESTART computer if Novell login screen up: restarting will log in user automatically.

The podium is equipped with a video port on top for connecting laptops, the cable can be found in drawers.

The conference room is equipped with a wireless node for laptop computers. Contact Medical Informatics & Technology Support for issues with equipment. 2-9532 or 934-5659
