CRF Room G025 is set up so that individuals can schedule their own meetings from their GroupWise account. Please view calendar above to ensure that the time you are requesting is available prior to making request.
CRF Room G025 Scheduling Procedure
From GroupWise Account
Click on: Tools > Busy Search
To:
CRF_Room_G025@salud.unm.edu
Start Search Date: Enter start date for search.
Number of Days to Search: Enter the number of days you want to view.
Click: OK
Choose Appointment Time- Available Time tab: Use calendar. Scroll to view desired date and time. To lengthen or shorten an available time slot, click on the white box and use mouse to drag either end. Ensure that correct date and time are shown in the Desired Time box.
White boxes = available time slot
Click: Request Meeting
Appointment E-mail window will open.
To: Already prefilled for you.
Subject: Title of Meeting
Include in Message Body: Name and phone of person making request.
Click: Send
You will be notified via e-mail once your request has been accepted.
