RSA for Preoxygenation:

Focus: This video is a re-creation of an actual case. A patient presented with severe hypoxemia (saturation 87% with Non-Rebreather mask) secondary to cardiogenic shock with pulmonary edema. We used an RSA procedure to place an LMA-Supreme for preoxygenation and gastric decompression prior to intubation.
