This tracking system is not retroactive and begins May 13, 2009 for all modules.
However, Module 1 is tracking from 9/9/08, module 2 from 11/26/08, and module 3 from 3/25/09.

To view a list of the VSNEMS modules you have completed enter your Professional License Number, select the State of Licensure, then Log In.

It is important to be accurate on all form entries or the database will not be able to track your modules.
