Reprint My VSNEMS Nursing Certificate
To print a certificate for a module that you have completed and registered for CE, enter your professional license number and module number. Please refer to the key below for the correct module number that coincides with the module title. It is important to be accurate on all form entries or the database will not be able to track your modules and reprint a certificate.
This feature is available for all modules effective 5/20/09. Module 1 is available from 9/9/2008. Module 2 is available from 12/22/08. Module 3 is available from 4/23/09.
