Skill Module — Emergency Care of the Airway

Module Description: Airway problems are becoming more prevalent in the school setting. Robert Sapien, M.D. discusses airway management with proper opening of the airway, oxygen delivery systems, maintaining an airway and proper ventilation. Emergency asthma management concludes the module with peak flow assessment, oxygen use, inhalers and nebulizers.
