Rob Elgie, RN, BSN
Research Nurse

Graduate School: University of New Mexico College of Nursing

My main interest is education and that is my concentration in graduate school. My research projects reflect this interest and in particular I look at what learning strategies work and why. In the past few years my participation with the Virtual School Nurse and EMS Project (VSNEMS) has focused this interest on the online learning environment. My service activities include adolescent psychiatry for incarcerated youth, and research on the economics of the nursing shortage.
