The 35th annual meeting of SCC/MLA was held October 20–24, 2007 in Albuquerque, New Mexico at the Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town.

The room rate was $125 per night for single or double, $135 per night for triple, and $145 per night for quad. Current room tax is 12.75% and is subject to change. Wireless access is available to guests for a $5.00 fee for a 5 day stay.

The conference hotel is within easy walking distance of historic Old Town, the museum district, a variety of restaurants, entertainment spots, art galleries, shopping, and historic districts.
