HSC NetID Information
To find out if you have an HSC NetID

Check the Novell eGuide directory. Your username is usually your first initial and entire last name or the name portion of your GroupWise email account.

If you are listed in the directory, try to log in (tree symbol at top of page).

If you do not recall your password, or if it has been changed, you will need to establish a new one. Your password will be reset for you on presentation of a clear and legible photo ID. You can provide this either via fax (2-8893) or in person at the Technology Support Desk located to the right of the main entrance to the Health Sciences Library and Informatics Center. If you choose to fax the ID over, please make a light copy of it prior to faxing as the process tends to darken photos. The password will not be reset until a legible ID image is presented.

If you are able to log in, you now know your HSC NetID.  If you do not have an HSC NetID, follow the instructions below.

Special Information for HSC Preceptors & Adjunct/Volunteer Faculty

If you are not in the directory, you should contact your sponsoring school/department. They will contact the HSC NetID Account Manager on your behalf so the account can be created.

Special information for WebCT users

You may use your WebCT username and password as well as an HSC NetID.  Either should work.
