Library Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison to the following School of Medicine subject areas: Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Cell Biology & Physiology, Otorhinolaryngology
- Coordinate Distance Services Program at HSLIC
- Coordinate teamwork and maintenance plan for New Mexico Health Connection, online database of health-related service providers throughout the state
- Oversee Native American Health Information Services (also see Patricia Bradley, Native Services Librarian)
- Provide health information training program to offsite unaffiliated and affiliated users of HSLIC resources
- Facilitate access to health information (e.g., document delivery, interlibrary loan) for unaffiliated healthcare professionals, hospitals, government agencies, and members of the public in New Mexico
- Implement new technologies in the Distance Services Program
