Mobile Device Configuration

This service provides the configuration information and instructions needed for configuring your mobile device (smartphone, iPad, etc.) to access your GroupWise email and contacts.

This service is normally provided within one business day.

What We Do

This service will allow you to acceess your email, calendar and contacts via your mobile device. This service is not for BlackBerry devices; UNM IT can connect BlackBerry devices using their Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) for a set-up and monthly service fee.

Why Do I Want It?

For people on the go who need immediate access to their email, calendar and contacts, this service will either retrieve your email on a schedule or have the email and/or calendar pushed to your phone in real time.

Who Is This For?

This service is available to HSC faculty, staff and students with a valid HSC email account.

How Do I Get It?

Please submit a service request through Help.UNM. Device configuration instructions will be emailed to you.

When submitting a service request through Help.UNM, please select the following:, , ,

What Do I Need?

Before scheduling an appointment, you must create a service request through Help.UNM.


Service Hours

Appointment hours are M-F 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding UNM holidays.
