If you have received a notification that your password is about to expire, then you should now go to https://mypw.health.unm.edu to change your password. Opening Attachments on a BlackBerry.:
In order to view attachments, all devices will need to use the latest version of Documents to Go.
To update the application, open the Documents to Go folder (the icon looks like a briefcase with green, red, and blue squares on it). Then open one of the programs (Word to go works). After that click the blackberry button (it is next to the green "send" button and has 7 white dots on it) and select "Check for Updates". This ensures that the latest version will be installed. Once the update has run the device will restart and next go back to Documents to Go and accept the license agreement.
To open an attachment the user needs to open the email. Then, using the blackberry button, select either the open attachment or download attachment option. Then select the "Edit with Documents..." option to open attachment. This will open the attachment with documents to go.
At this time PDF files are not available for viewing and we have put in a trouble ticket with RIM regarding this.
For any other issues please contact Communication Network Services at 277-1111.

GroupWise Archive Path:
On Thursday a maintenance procedure reset GroupWise Client Features to default settings on the Med_Ctr_Mail post office. This reset removed the path statement to user archive files. To reset this path go to Tools > Options > Environment and choose the File Locations tab. Enter the archive path to the folder containing your archive directory in the Archive Directory field. If you do not know the location of your archive directory you may search for of*arc. (Your results will be in the format of ofxxxarc where the xxx represent either letters or numbers). Do not include the of*arc directory in the path to your Archive Directory field - just to the directory above it. Click OK then close the Environment window.
If you need assistance, please contact the helpdesk.
We regret any inconvenience that this may cause.
