Once you have downloaded this file to your PC, right click and select extract all. Then run \win32\setup.exe
This product has only been tested on HSC configured machines. Certain problems could arise from installing this software that we might not be able to correct.
There will be a pause between the download and the install on your machine which will vary based on the speed of your computer. Please be patient and do not re-run the download.
If this is a new install, when you open groupwise the first time, a logon box will appear in which you will need to add ngwnameserver.health.unm.edu to the address box and 1677 in the port box.
The following software may lock you out of your personal PC if it does not install correctly or if you do not know your username and password. The HSC Helpdesk does not provide any support for machines not owned by the HSC.

There are a few issues with the new VPN client that everyone needs to be aware of. They are as follows:
1) The new VPN Software does not work on the Windows 64 bit operating system. This is a limitation of the
software itself and Cisco does not support it.
2) The new VPN Software will not run on a Vista machine that was upgraded from XP. While we are working to resolve
this, we do not have an ETA. Currently, it is functional only on new, clean installations of Vista, or machines with the HSC image.
