Account Creation
To begin the Account Creation Process, please click one of the following links. Please choose the link below based on your situation. Please remember that this is a very important process and any mis-step can cause a delay in getting your account properly created. Be patient, read the instructions and follow them. This will expedite the process.
Do not use the incorrect link to request an account. Doing so causes excessive delays in processing your request. If you are unsure about which of the options to select, please contact your supervisor for clarification prior to filling out any of the forms provided below. If you are an Affiliate of the Health Sciences Center, do not use any of the below. Please contact your sponsoring department and have them submit an account request on your behalf. This request will need to be accompanied by an email to Acconts@salud.unm.edu officially authorizing you to utilize HSC resources. It will need to specifically state which resources you are authorized to use. This must be renewed yearly, so if you have suddenly lost access, you should remind your sponsoring department to renew your status.
