The HSLIC User Support group provides support for the MacIntsoh platform for devices that run OS X. This support includes:

  • VPN Client for Mac
  • Office 2008 for Mac
  • Other Software Downloads under the Mac Software Section


  • Desktop Support
  • Network Printer Configuration
  • Network Connectivity


  • Hardware

    We do not provide any hardware support at this time.

    Warranty repairs can be initiated by contacting Apple at Apple Support.(All repairs covered under warranty must be performed by Apple-certified technicians). Post warranty repair or upgrades can be arranged through main campus ITS. Please go to ITS Hardware Maintenance.
