HSLIC Offsite Storage Request Form

Who may make use of this service?

This service is available to all library patrons. Please check the Library Catalog to confirm item location before submitting a request. Please fill out a form for each item you are requesting.

What types of materials may I ask for?

You may request materials in the HSLIC catalog with 'Offsite Storage' designated as the item location.

When will the item be available and for how long?

Library Staff generally make three regularly scheduled pickups on weekdays; once in the morning and twice in the afternoon. Weekend and Holiday service is not available. Staff will notify you when the item you requested is available for pickup. Items will be held at the Information Desk for 48 hours.

Normal circulation periods apply unless otherwise specified.
