Who may make use of this service?

E-mail responses will be returned to residents of the State of New Mexico and of the Navajo Nation. Our resources do not permit us to answer questions from persons not fitting these guidelines.


What type of question may I ask?

We will respond to factual questions which are within our library's subject scope. This includes addresses, availability of material, simple statistics, citation verification, etc. Subject oriented questions are not appropriate for electronic response.


When will I receive a response?

Questions will receive a response within 48 hours on Monday - Friday. Questions received on Saturday and Sunday will receive a response on Monday. Exceptions will be made for holidays.
