
Qualifications of Residency Applicants
The applicant must possess a Pharm.D. degree from an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy and must be eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in the State of New Mexico. The completion of a pharmacy practice residency program is preferred. Selected applicants will be required to visit the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center for an on-site interview.

Letter of intent stating goals and interests
Curriculum Vitae
Copies of all transcripts
Three letters of reference from healthcare professionals who can attest to your practice abilities, aptitudes.
An on-site interview is required. Applicants selected for an interview will be contacted by January 31.
