Application Process

Qualifications of Residency Applicants

The applicant must possess a Pharm.D. degree from an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy and must be eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in the State of New Mexico. The completion of a pharmacy practice residency program is preferred. Selected applicants will be required to visit the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center for an on-site interview.

Application Information

Application deadline is January 9, 2009. Application materials must include:

  • Application Form (MS Word) or Application form (PDF)

  • Letter of intent stating goals and interests

  • Curriculum Vitae

  • Copies of all transcripts

  • Three letters of reference from healthcare professionals who can attest to your practice abilities, aptitudes.

An on-site interview is required. Applicants selected for an interview will be contacted by January 31.
