Clinical Service & Rotations

Clinical Service

Fellows are expected to participate in clinical activities and provision of pharmaceutical care. These activities will be limited to 20% or less of the fellow’s time and efforts will be made to have clinical activities facilitate the fellow’s research endeavors.

Required Rotations

  • Inpatient Renal Consult Service (1 month)

  • Chronic Kidney Disease clinic (1 month)

  • Outpatient Hemodialysis Clinic (1-2 months)

Possible Elective Rotations

  • Pediatric Nephrology Family Practice

  • Research Pediatric Oncology

  • Pathology Internal Medicine

  • Dialysis Clinic Inc. Quality Management Infectious Diseases

  • Cardiology Endocrinology

  • Pulmonary Psychiatry
