| Scholarly Interests: |
Research interests are generally in the area of immunopharmacology and immunotoxicology with emphasis on the effects of drugs and environmental agents on signaling pathways controlling lymphocyte activation and apoptosis. We have recently expanded this interest to include control of normal human mammary cell proliferation and proto-oncogene activation by environmental agents. We also have extensive experience in preclinical and clinical evaluation of new biotechnology drugs, most notably cytokines, growth factors, adhesion molecules, and monoclonal antibodies. | ||||||||||||
