
Kathy
D. Boardman, BS, RPh Kathy is an Assistant Center Director (ACD) for Pharmaceutical Management and Research (PMR) at the Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center. As an ACD, Kathy assumes a major management role in the Center as a Project Director with the responsibility for directing the pharmaceutical aspects of multi-center clinical trials supported by the center. Kathy started with the Cooperative Studies Program in 1991 as a Pharmaceutical Project Manager, assisting in the management of the pharmaceutical aspects of multi-center clinical trials jointly sponsored by the National Institute on Drug Abuse and the VA Cooperative Studies Program. In 1995 she assumed the role of Program Manager for the Good Clinical Practices Monitoring (GCP) Group at the Center. In that capacity she helped manage the National Institute on Drug Abuse and GCP Monitors working for the Group. In 1998 Kathy graduated from the University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy and was hired by the Program in her present position. Kathy is presently working on her M.S. degree at the University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy. She is an active member in the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, New Mexico Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and the Drug Information Association. Click here to view CV
Vishal
BaliVishal Bali is a doctoral student in the Pharmacoeconomics, Pharmaceutical Policy and Outcomes Research program. He received his MS in Pharmacy with a specialization in Pharmaceutical Administration from the Manipal University, India in August 2006 and BS in Pharmacy from the Hamdard University, India in June 2004. M. Campbell, PharmDHeather M. Campbell, PharmD, is a Research Associate in Health
Economics at the Veterans Affairs Cooperative Studies Program Clinical
Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center (VA CSPCRPCC) in Albuquerque, NM.
She graduated from the University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy in
2004 and completed a two-year pharmacoeconomic fellowship at the VA
CSPCRPCC in 2006. She has been actively pursuing her Ph.D. in
Pharmaceutical Sciences with an emphasis on Pharmacoeconomics,
Pharmaceutical Policy, and Outcomes Research since 2004. In addition to
conducting cost-effectiveness analyses in several disease states, she
also lends research support for clinical trials.

Rupali
Naik Rupali Naik is a doctoral student in the Pharmacoeconomics, Pharmaceutical Policy and Outcomes Research program at the University of New Mexico. She received her B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Pune, India in June 2000 and her M.B.A with a specialization in Marketing also from the University of Pune, India in June 2002. She completed her M.S. in Pharmacoeconomics, Pharmaceutical Policy and Outcomes Research at the University of New Mexico in 2005 and is now working towards her Ph.D. Her primary research interests are in pharmacoeconomics and outcomes research. Robert
Ringer, PharmDDr. Robert Ringer graduated from the University of New Mexico in 1995 and worked as a nuclear pharmacist for 6 years. He completed a Fellowship in Experimental Therapeutics at the University of New Mexico in 2002, and earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Colorado in 2005. He currently works at the VA Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center as a Clinical Research Pharmacist and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Clinical Trials through the University of New Mexico.
