This page is intended to provide you with access to the software that you may need to use. The HSLIC User Support Group can only provide non-commercial software otherwise we would violate licensing agreements. If you do not find what you are looking for on this page, please contact the HelpDesk at 272-1694. This software is intended for UNM PC's and not home computers so please use at your own risk.

Please be patient, the installer will take 10-15 minutes to download.
1. Select save to the location of your choice.
2. After download completes, double click the insight.exe file.
3. Click Unzip.
4. Refer to the installation instructions

There will be a pause between the download and the install on your machine which will vary based on the speed of your computer. Please be patient and do not re-run the download.
If this is a new install, when you open groupwise the first time, a logon box will appear in which you will need to add ngwnameserver.health.unm.edu to the address box and 1677 in the port box.
The following software may lock you out of your personal PC if you use this at home if it does not install correctly or if you do not know your username and password. The HSC Helpdesk does not provide any support for machines not owned by the HSC.
