Accounts are referred to as NetIDs, or “Network IDs,” which allow users to access particular resources on campus. Users will normally be issued two NetID's, one for the Health Sciences Center resources (HSC NetID) and a second to access UNM Main Campus resources (UNM NetID). Your NetID's are issued and controlled by different IT departments. The HSC User Support Services issues and maintains your HSC NetID while the Main Campus Information Technology Services issues and maintains you UNM NetID. Please use the following link to access information related to which ID's are used for the various resources on the HSC and UNM Campuses.
