  • Life-saving emergency treatment information because you think someone has swallowed, touched, breathed or been injected by a poison.
     

  • Answers to questions about any type of poison.
     

  • Information about poison prevention.

Poison experts are ready to take your call.

Pharmacists specially trained in the management of poisoning emergencies and doctors specializing in medical toxicology will answer your call and tell you what to do.


The New Mexico Poison and Drug Information Center also provides

  • A drug information service is available to the public Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
  • Professional and public education
  • Services for the hearing impaired and non-English speaking persons.
