
The pharmacy practice residency at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center is a 12-month post-Pharm.D. program of training and experience achieved through clinical rotations and a continuity clinic. The program is tailored to meet the needs and interests of individual residents to develop their clinical practice and teaching skills. The goals, objectives and evaluation process is consistent with those established by ASHP for pharmacy practice residency training. University of New Mexico pharmacy practice residents will be prepared to succeed in specialty residency, fellowship or clinical positions.
