Overview

This is a distributed, virtual data repository, whose purpose is to support clinical and translational research intended for extramural support. It provides clinical, diagnostic, and outcome data and data-mining services. This warehouse was developed for research purposes and is available to approved research projects.

The CTSC has created the Clinical Data Warehouse in conjunction with TriCore Reference Laboratories.

Other partners include the Health Science Center's Information Solutions unit, and the New Mexico Veteran’s Administration Health Care System (NMVAHCS).
