Biostatistics / Primary Support Unit (PSU)

The Primary Support Unit provides CTSC investigators with comprehensive support for study design, biostatistics, ethics, and basic data management from a centralized, coordinated resource. Additional biostatistician expertise is available specifically for GME medical residents.

• Biostatistical Support for CTSC protocols. Our biostatisticians provide a full battery of services to aid investigators who have an approved protocol.
  
  
• GME Biostats- The UNM CTSC has recently launched a new Biostatistics consultation core geared specifically to the needs of SOM medical residents. The GME Biostatistics support group will assist medical residents in developing study design and biostatistical methods in support of their research project.
