Step 1. Submit a UNM Graduate Program application to the UNM Admissions Office.Where:Online (link here) or in person at the UNM Admissions Office (UNM Student Services Center, Room 140, phone number 505-277-2446).
Note: Please check the box on the application that indicates that you are applying to the Biomedical Sciences Graduate Program; next to “Concentration,” write in Clinical Research. Send an official copy of all transcripts to the Admissions Office. The fee for applying to a UNM Graduate Program is $50.
Step 2. Request an application packet for the MS-BIOMED-CR program. This packet includes all paperwork to be submitted with your application.
Where: The Clinical and Translational Science Center (CTSC) – located in the UNM HSC Basic Medical Sciences Bldg. (BMSB), Room B-83, phone number 505-272-6556
Note: A separate set of official transcripts must be submitted to the CTSC office – address: UNM HSC CTSC, Attn.: Bambi Jackson, MSC08 4560, 1 University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, NM 87131.

All applicants must have attained a terminal degree (i.e., PhD, MD, PharmD). Have an official copy of all transcripts sent to UNM Admissions, as well as to the CTSC office. (Note: GRE, MCAT, PCAT, TOEFL, etc., not required).
Attendance at a MS-CR Seminar on either 1/31/2008 or 2/28/2008
