This method allows an individual to view the conference as streaming media from the browser of any computer. It is not directly interactive. Audio and video of the live meeting are transmitted on a one-way basis with a 5 to 10 second delay.
To access the stream, you will need to log on to the media server on (or after) the day of the event. It is suggested to log on earlier as a test.
RIOS Net will provide a representative at the live meeting to channel questions or comments from remote viewers via email or Windows Messenger. A recording of the event will be made available after the fact.
If you wish to participate remotely by either option, please be sure to register in advance.
