RESEARCH INTEREST

1.Metabolic regulation in the human prostate and its failure in cancer. Molecular biology of prostate cancer. The use of magnetic resonance spectroscopic and imaging methods for the detection and assessment of androgen-responsiveness of prostatic adenocarcinoma.

2.Non-invasive magnetic resonance imaging and spectroscopic assessment of function in the central, and peripheral nervous system. Functional imaging and spectroscopy of the CNS.

3.Development of NMR force microscopy for imaging of single atoms.

4.Application of stable isotopes in NMR determination of biomolecular structure, function and metabolism. Multiple quantum methods for editing spectra and images in vivo.
