How to begin an investigation in the CTC

Consult with the CTC Program Coordinator during the early preparation of the protocol and budgetary process. Make an appointment with the Program Coordinator to discuss separate CTC budget.

  1. Copy of protocol to CTC Program Coordinator
  2. Copy of HRRC (Investigational Review Board for University) to Program Coordinator
  3. Copy of HRRC approval consent form to Program Coordinator
  4. Signed CTC budget returned to Program Coordinator
  5. CTC Medical Director approval
  6. P.O. Requisition number for account with University
  7. Hospital Referral Billing Account number (UH)


Hours/Location

The clinic is located at 2701 Frontier Place NE in the SURGE building, in room 140 and is a joint venture between the UNM School of Medicine and University Hospital. The Clinical Trials Center (CTC) was established to support industry-sponsored clinical trials. Clinic hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
