Services

PEAR, an evaluation group concentrating on medical education and education in the health professions, is charged with evaluating the process and impact of educational experiences on students, faculty and the institution. PEAR's scope of inquiry in the School of Medicine ranges from recruitment and admission of medical students to follow up of graduates in residency to health care providers in practice. "Evaluation to improve" is a guiding principle that informs PEAR's evaluation and research activities.
