Directions to EOHS in the UNM Family Practice Center

• From Lomas Blvd go to Yale Blvd.
• Turn North on Yale Blvd and Go to Tucker Ave.
• Turn right on Tucker.
• Turn right into Parking Lot "M".
• Go to the Southeast corner of Parking Lot "M",
• Family Practice is in the Southeast Corner of Parking Lot "M".
• Park in Patient Parking and come into the Family Practice Center.
• Go to room 232, you will be on the second floor when you enter
• the Family Practice Center. EOHS will give you a Parking Permit for you car, when you check in at EOHS.
