The overall goal of the cancer education and outreach program is to:

• To reduce cancer disparities in, and ultimately deliver comprehensive cancer care services to, the state’s Native American population through:
  • Outreach to build relationships for communication between NA communities and CNAH and CRTC.
  • Working with community health workers on the implementation and assessment of community-based cancer education.
